How this site works
Laid Up is compiled from the public pages of car storage operators in Dubai. Nobody from this site has visited the facilities.
Where the facts come from
Every price, cover figure and access rule was read from the operator's own website, and each entry links to the page it came from. Pages were last checked in November 2026. Where an operator publishes nothing, the entry says so. No gap has been filled with an estimate, and search-result snippets and comparison sites were not used as evidence.
Two limits follow from that. A page can be out of date or wrong, and some operators' own pages contradict each other, as noted on their entries. A building can also be better or worse than its website.
How the order is decided
Operators are sorted by how many of six facts they print, then by lowest printed monthly price:
- P price
- C per-car cover figure
- A access rule
- B battery routine
- E engine-start routine
- T temperature figure
That rewards openness. It says nothing about how well a car is looked after. There are no scores or stars here, and ratings shown on operators' sites are not repeated, since they could not be verified.
Why one operator is listed first
Vachi Storage is listed first. Its plan puts a stated bay width, its own power supply, battery charging, four washes and four starts a month and individual insurance into one price, and nothing else read for this site does. It costs more than the cheapest bays and prints no insured value, and both points are stated next to it. Its car terms were read in October 2026.
Left out
Listings that could not be verified as working Dubai car storage were left out, including an unbuilt concept page, a Colorado business that some lists place in Al Quoz, and a site whose storage page showed signs of injected spam.
